The Leadership Track is designed to give you a biblical understanding of leadership, and how that pertains to lay leaders, elders, and future leaders.

Spiritual Life of a Leader:  This series will cover a wide range of questions pertinent to a leader in a local church. These questions include: How do you cultivate your personal spiritual life in a way that keeps you emotionally healthy and helps you avoid choosing sin? How do you live your life so you are worshipping God authentically in everything you do?

Theology of Ministry:  Ministry is built upon sound biblical, theological and cultural foundations. This course intends to help you integrate an understanding of the Word and the world with the development of a personal philosophy of ministry.

Principles of Effective Leadership:  This is a core leadership course designed for those who intend to be future leaders in ministry. This course will move from definitions to the core values of a leader; how to take a ministry through a vision process; engage in strategic planning, decision-making, and implementation; build great teams; work through conflict and change; delegate tasks; and effectively mentor the next generation of leaders. Models from the corporate, political, and military worlds will be compared and contrasted with biblical definitions and illustrations of leadership.

Biblical Eldership: This class is an engagement with the relevant New Testament texts concerning biblical eldership and church governance, and a God-glorifying pursuit of their contextual, Biblical meaning.

An Urgent Call to Shepherd:  This course analyzes the Apostle Peter’s charge to Elders in 1 Peter 5:1-5. This course is directly relevant to church elders and other leaders.
