ABFs - Adult Bible Fellowships
Group and Class Ministries linking people at all age levels and encouraging growth in faith, in knowledge and in caring for each other in our ever-changing world.
Your interest in growing in your faith life is a blessing! One of the most effective ways of linking your life to Truth is in a smaller group setting of interaction and discussion.
Some of the ways we have referred to such opportunities include Sunday School, or ABFs (Adult Bible Fellowships) or Youth Group, or Bible Study, or other familiar terms. All of these and more fit into what makes up a Growth Group. It could be a formal meeting or an informal gathering. It could be primarily a teaching/study session or it could include a mission or service project together.
We want to encourage all who attend FBC to become part of a growth group… because it’s where lasting growth takes place. It’s also a great way to break down a larger body of people into smaller, more familiar and personal groups.
We would love to have you find a growth group for yourself and your children. If you need more information, don’t fail to ask at the Welcome Desk, call the church, or seek out a Pastor for help.

Adult Bible Fellowships - Sunday 11:00 a.m.
All adult ABFs began The Story September 11, 2011. This is a 31 week series.
The Story reveals the unfolding, grand narrative of the scriptures. Condenses into thrity -one accessible chapters, The Story sweeps one into the progression of Bible characters and events arrange chronologically from Genesis through Revelation--allowing the stories, poems and teachings of the Bible to read like a novel.
•Early Risers 8:15 a.m. – Room 12 lower level: Phil VanLaan, teacher. Currenlty joining other ABFs for "The Story" series until January 2012.
•Clear Vision— Room 8 lower level: College/Career group: Randy Fleenor, teacher. Davidpaul and Sheila Lemmen, sponsors.
•KALEO—Room 14 lower level kitchen: Bob Berrington/Michael Pasquale, teachers. Hosts: Bob and Janel Berrington & Mike and Monica Pasquale
•Ladies’ Bible Fellowship (LBF) — Room 12 lower level,: Cheryl Haines, teacher; Donna Tyler, hostess.
•Beach Boys - Men’s class—Fellowship House: Dick Beach, teacher;. Dennis West, host.
•Fellowship Bible Class (FBC)—lower level fellowship room: David Deans, teacher; Nancy VanLaan, hostess.
•Faithful Bible Investigators (FBI)—upper level fellowship room by nursery: Earl Pomeroy, teacher.
•Faithful Friends (FF)— main auditorium: Bill Johnson, teacher; Gloria Ossewaarde and Kathy Casler, hostesses;
